I had a very disappointing experience with Club 28 Badminton. The staff strongly promoted their β€œbuy 10 sessions, get 1 free” pass when I purchased it, but never clearly mentioned that the pass had an expiration date. Less than a year later, I was suddenly told the pass had expired and I could no longer use my remaining sessions. What’s most frustrating is that this was clearly a communication failure on their side, yet when I tried to explain the situation, the staff completely refused to acknowledge any responsibility. They would not honor the remaining sessions I already paid for β€” even after I said I didn’t care about the β€œfree” extra session and only wanted to use the sessions I purchased. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. Customers should be clearly informed about expiration policies before purchasing, especially when staff are aggressively promoting these packages.

Love them. We are not a group of pro players. We go to play it recreationally and we have always been welcomed warmly in the premises. We drive more than an hour to go this location, because the one in Philly is very hard to get a reservation in on weekends and moreover it's gonna be a parking hell inside the city. This place is away from the hubbub and has a very serene feel to it. Plenty of parking. Court shoes available for renting at reasonable prices. I would love if they replenish the worn out shoes for renting. They have started but haven't done it for all sizes. They also have drinks and snacks available for buying if you feel famished afterwards. All in all, this place nestles away quietly providing a safe space for getting some cardio done on a weekend afternoon!

This is a magnificent facility to play badminton. Huge play area with over 10 courts, all covered with high quality badminton court mats, excellent lighting and atmosphere. In on corner they have also setup table tennis area that is also top quality having Butterfly tables. The entrance little difficult to discover from parking lot, but it there, just need to walk around the corner. There’s a small pro shop where they sell rackets, shuttles, shoes, drinks, sodas and other badminton accessories. Prices were reasonable. We made reservation online for open play that didn’t require any payment. The staff member was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us with registration, waiver sign up and paying for the session. There were no other open play players, so we played among our group.

I went there to get my racket restrung and opted for the expedited service for an additional $5 to receive it the same day. The staff was very helpful. You can bring your own string or purchase one from them. They also offer a variety of badminton gear, including shoes, rackets, grips, and shuttles. As we waited for the job to be done, they even lent us two rackets for free so we could play on the court. Highly recommend checking out their services!😊

Had a fantastic time playing badminton here! The court is spacious, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. They've got all the gear you need - shuttles, racquets, and shoes. It's great to have such a top-notch facility in Delaware. The courts are well-maintained and spotless. Highly recommend checking it out!
